This event is for you and your baby in a fun, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

A Sling Barre/Barre Session (sling or no sling-your choice)
A Sing and Sign session from the lovely Hilary
Yummy nibbles and drinks.

Please let me know regarding dietary issues.
Please bring your own sling sling/carrier.
Must have the all clear from your health provider and be at least 6-weeks postpartum.
